Avoid it

False advertised. Associates with Jackpot junction but it's a few miles away. My female companions were concerned about security as the rooms were ground level with weak windows exposed to the street. Advertises indoor pool which was not only out of service there was all sorts of junk and construction debris in the area. The place is in disrepair with the external siding rotting away, everything is very dated, the bed mattress was old and uncomfortable, the blankets were old and smelled old. The pillows were flattened out. The internet was horrible not suited for gaming, the breakfast was poor, and coffee wasn't good. It was a lower priced place but if you are going budget try anything else.

First off I don’t know how they are considered a hotel. We pulled up to front which looked like a junk yard for small engines. It smell like pee the minute we walked in. When we tried to check in the guy behind the desk asked someone on the phone if they had replaced the window in the room I’m assuming they were going to give us. I would assume since we were the only ones in the building that they would have more than one room? When you look at the lobby all the ceiling types were falling down. I don’t know how this place is passing an inspection from the city? At best this place need to be slated for demolition. If we could give this a -100 review we would. Please stay away from this place.

10 years ago or so, this hotelwas where the druggies would stay, party, and you could smell pot and cigarettes from outside. Being left vacant for 5-6 and then ownership taken by OYO team, it's remarkable how they've transformed it. Don't let the outside fool you, it is clean, warm, hot shower with pressure. A tad outdated but you can clearly see what the vision is and I will certainly be staying here again to watch the vision unfold. Absolutely wonderful stay. Thank you OYO team!

Stay away from this place. You have to call someone to come over to get to the front desk, if they even answer. Then they tell me, after pre-paying for the room and tax, they want to charge me another tax "that Expedia does not know". What kind of scam is this?!?!

Reserved wheelchair accessible room but given away

This place is absolutely disgusting. From the moment you pull up in the parking lot you see the peeling siding, then you are greeted to the horiffic smell in the lobby elevator and hallways. I arrived to find out my wheelchair acceasible room was given away to someone else after confirming multiple times that it would be available. As we went down the hallway there were many mattresses against the walls. The rigs were stained and everything was filthy. Breakfaat was a joke. I was offered nothing for giving Way the ADA room. No other rooms were available within 60 miles. Couldnt wait to get out of this place.

Racket Trifeta

It started waiting for two customers ahead of me, who were told they could not find their online reservations and were offered rooms at a higher rate. They made it a trifecta with me, saying my reservation had been cancelled because I did not pay ahead of time (paying at check-in was an option I chose). Anyway, we have a room because someone else had cancelled, and by the way, it would be at a much higher rate. Running a racket!

Horrible, horrible place

This is the worst hotel ever. I don’t know why you even would consider working with them. I did not stay there and I hope I get my money refunded as you can see. I ended up staying at the Travelodge because this place sucked they wouldn’t let me take a peek at a room they said that they were all dirty. They rented them all out on Friday. This was Saturday morning and there was no cars in the parking lot -lobby was filthy was like a ghost town and not kept up at all.

Not good.

Outside paint peeling bad and holes through the wall. Cases of beer in the garbage cans out front. Old recliner outside the front door with a pot of cigarettes. Ceiling tiles missing and smoke detector hanging from the wiring through the hole. A little scary would not go back.

I didnt actually stay because cops were there and ambulance and a recliner w cigarettes at front entrance. holes in siding etc. the smoke alarm was hanging from ceiling. Didnt feel safe there.
