Staff are super helpful and friendly. Breakfast gave off a Japanese cafeteria setting which i love. Shuttle service was superb. If i ever go back to Tokyo, will be staying to this hotel again :)

Delicious breakfast. Staffs are very nice and helpful. They helped my friend switch to a better room when it’s available, also helped find his lost phone after checking out. Room is clean and spacious. Able to travel anywhere in Tokyo using Hamacho station and a bus nearby.

For the price of this hotel, it was perfect. The breakfast was better than other Toyoko Inns that we've stay at. The laundry was easy and cost about 400 yen to wash and dry one load. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good. The Hamacho station is just a five minute walk away, and the hotel offers an easy-to-use shuttle to take you to and from Tokyo station. My only complaint is that the beds and pillow were quite uncomfortable, but everything else was great.
