トイレ故障時の部屋変更に時間がかかり、業者対応も宿泊者が行うなど対応に疑問を感じました。
また、冷蔵庫に前の宿泊者の忘れ物が残っており、子どもの安全面でも不安がありました。
さらに、フロントへの問い合わせやメールに も十分な対応や返信がなく、全体としてホスピタリティを感じられませんでした。

ビュッフェ式の食事も、バラエティな地元の材料をもとに、献立おいしかった。
コンドラ・リフト券の早割引のパス券の安くしてくださった。
サホロリゾート内、ヒグマの冬眠見学も親切で、案内してくださった。

2泊しました。大浴場を含め施設はきれいで、満足のいくものでした。ただ、冬のスキー場の中なので、外部のレストラン等は遠く、酒好きの私には使えるところはありませんでした。また、朝食は1度は食べてみたいと思いましたが、一人4000円では無理でした。

Quiet and beautiful bear mountain hotel
This hotel is a little off the beaten path but if you have a rental car it is just a short drive from unkai terrace. Another great advantage is being close to the bear reserve at the top of the mountain which I highly recommend if you have the time. Comfortable rooms with AC, ping pong tables near the laundry so you can play while you wait. Very happy with this hotel.
