Don’t go to Legian village hotel!!!
Disappointed, pics not in person. It’s dirty, and rooms and beds are itchy to sleep on. The owner doesn’t support very loud people till all night. Holes in the ceiling. Dirty glasses and mugs. Didn't refresh shampoo or conditioner.manager is very arrogant. The pool was the best thing and was out of order!

Staff and outside area was really great. The let down was the room and house keeping.our shower was 2 foot tall and our bath button plug leaked water so washing ourselves was difficult. Huge bed was great but when we got an extra blanket as there was only sheets on it, the blanket only covered one side of the bed.. No room kettle or toaster or amenities except 2 glasses and 2 waters but oddly some days house keeping didnt replace the glasses or we only got 1 replacement towel.

Cleanliness overall a lot to be desired. Toilet didn’t work properly yuk. No teamaking facilities in room. Hotel is divided in two. With 2nd part being across road around cnr & down the street again. Pool in no 2 part ok but lounges around pool really disgusting. But then again what did I expect at $30.00AU per night.

Toilet wouldn't flush at all from the moment we checked in, alerted staff, they apparently fixed it, returned from a walk and it still wasn't working at all. Checked straight out, told we would receive 2 days of the paid accommodation price back of the 3 nights and we have not seen anything despite contacting Expedia as told to by the property for this to happen. Were told we would be contacted the next day by Expedia and was not. We are out of pocket this accommodation we did not stay in at all due to being unhygienic as the toilet would not flush fecal matter at all, and the alternate accommodation we booked. This accommodation is also not what the pictures and Expedia description depicts by any means.. it is also not a beach resort..

わざわざホテルへ事前にメールしてあり、返事をもらって ました。部屋のリクエストしてありましたが、まったく聞いてもらえず、フロントからはリクエストが無かったと言われ、メールを見せたら態度が変わり、変な部屋に通されました。そのあと良い部屋に通されましたがスタッフの対応が悪かったです。次回に期待です。
