The place was NOTHING like advertised. It was dingy, broken parts in the room, taped up vents outside, barely working elevator (they actually had to send someone to see if the elevator was even working)...we were on the 3rd floor and my husband has terminal cancer. They were aware. They charged extra for "amenities fee." There were NO amenities! If you wanted to use a microwave, they sent you to the Super 8 motel to use theirs in the lobby! They charge a high security deposit, for a very poor hotel. I did not feel safe at all. Walls were paper thin, I could hear the people in the room next door arguing all night. Would never go back there, nor recommend them to anyone. Only reason they got a 1, besides being the lowest option, is that the security guard helped carry the suitcase for my husband.

It served my needs. I picked this hotel because of proximity to two shows I was ticketed to see. I didnt have high expectations to begin with, but I probably wouldn't stay here again. You get 15% off eating at one of the three restaurants that are provided on a piece of paper when you check in. Unfortunately, it is only a one time use. Front desk will not give you another another piece of paper, even if it lost or destroyed. If you are able to use this redemption at one restaurant, you can not utilize it at the other 2 restaurants. I won over $100 bucks playing the slots at their bar. Overall, if you are staying in vegas for a couple of nights, if you add in their resort fee, for $50 to $100 bucks more you can definitely find a better hotel . You have to exchange your used towels daily for new ones , they will not provide any additional ones . The remote control for the television didnt work. I was unable to watch any TV for greater than 24 hours. I didnt feel the room was throughly cleaned or showers disinfected , but I have stayed at worse hotels . The room was quite spacious, but has no microwave or refrigerator. I would only recommend for a crash night, not a multiple day visit due to limited offerings. But as long as your not expecting 5 star, this will work.

Air was cold and consistent. Front lobby staff was a bit confused on room requests for towels (4 people in our room and only 3 towels provided. When asked for a 4th towel we were told they couldn’t give us one. We found a housekeeper and she gave us our 4th towel thankfully). Lobby staff was also confused about the hotel bar/lounge and how best to use the 15% guest coupon (the coupon says it has to be signed to be valid for use. Went to front to get it signed and the lobby staff said they didn’t know what it was). Overall the room was comfortable for sleep and showers.

Overall “okay”

Basic room, met needs for low price. Air conditioning smelled like burnt hair and bed frame was broken and rickety. Mini fridge was a positive. We were able to check in early for a $33 fee.

Based on reviews I booked thinking it would be a cute boutique hotel. I’ve stayed at cleaner and more comfortable motel 6’s. The room wasn’t in the best condition the shower had seen better days. The light switches in my room didn’t always work. Staff wasn’t super friendly, originally they couldn’t find my reservation. I checked out a day early because I was just so uncomfortable and felt so misled on what the hotel would be.

We checked in late and had to walk over to the Super 8 Motel next door to check in. The two motels were connected. The guy that checked us in seemed nice. The room could be a lot cleaner and needs freshening up. We could hear everyone all around our room and people outside, all through the night. Questionable individuals hanging around and/or living in some of the rooms. From what we could see, the pool looked clean, but we never used it. It was a cheap stay for the night, but I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would not consider this a boutique hotel at all. I’ve stayed in motels that were better taken care of. Just stay away.

Air conditioner vibrated and rattled and disturbed us inside the room. Person outside in the parking lot talking loud at 4:30 - 5am waking everybody up, then started yelling at the top of his lungs screaming vulgarities. Scared to go outside and no security around until about 8 am

Great hotel off the strip

The room (#1202) was large and had everything I needed. Bed was comfy. I was all the way in the corner, so I didn't have to deal with noise, but it seemed pretty quiet anyways. Staff at the hotel and the restaurant/bar were very friendly. Parking is free and there's plenty of it. I never had trouble finding a spot. Only complaint is that the WiFi never worked and the water pressure was terrible.
