This was a fantastic hotel experience in the heart of Shinjuku with accessibility to all major hubs and only about a 10 minute walk to the JR lines at Shinjuku station.
We were a family of 4, 2 adults 2 kids, and had a great time. There was always accessible drinks and coffee in the lobby, and we got breakfast included, which had something for everyone.
For American travelers, just note the rooms are smaller than you’re used to at American hotels, but we’ve done Japan before and it’s a good size for what you need.
There’s a Konbini right around the corner, like 20 steps, as well as a nice Ramen place, and plenty of other eats not more than 1/4 mile in all directions.
The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating; however, it would behoove you to know basic Japanese phrases, but it’s not necessary if you need something.
Highly recommend whether group or solo traveling.
