Not happy. An iPad was lost during our stay. Since none of my family members have taken it out from the room, someone must have entered into our room and removed (i.e. stolen) it during the time we were having breakfast and a morning walk. The receptionist immediately took actions when we reported the incident but no update after three days despite my two emails and a telephone inquiry. Very disappointed.
What an awesome experience. Breathtaking to say the least. The grounds have plenty to see and do including various dining options. The Golden Hands Bridge is for sure a must see in a lifetime. There will also plenty of areas to capture the most amazing photos.The hotel itself has like a Harry Potter feel to me. Our room was very hot, even though the staff responded promptly we couldn’t seem to get it at a comfortable temperature. There is also a trick with the lighting. It was all or nothing. The main switch also control the bathroom area. I’m sure we could have called Steve out for that also but we were too tired. Overall, it was great.

Absolutely Great
We had a great stay at Mercure. The breakfast spread was awesome and service staff was absolutely attentive. I am grateful to the receptionist at the cable car station who processed our check-in with not too much hassle as my husband’s English name was not in the passport hence did not match with the booking’s name. It was a pity that we missed the Alpine Coaster during the cloudy weather. Overall, we enjoyed the foods, sceneries and the cool weather. The only thing that was not comfortable for us was the bed since we are not used to hard bedding.

The hotel was the most expensive we paid for whole in Vietnam but was by far the worse we stayed in. The corridor smelt of urine, the room was a bit dated and the shower didn't heat up. The breakfast buffet had a good choice but the food was cold.

Fantastic balcony
Had a deluxe room with balcony and the balcony was awesome, tons of plants and a table and chairs.
They start music in hallways at 630am.....bit early if you want to sleep.

Do not stay in Ba Na hills, waste of money and not enough staff. The luggage boys worked so hard. Our bedroom was dirty and had stains on it.

Terrible breakfast and internet
Room was a 4 Star. The internet was a 2 Star and the breakfast as terrible, it was like a factory canteen. Mercure should be ashamed to offer this to guests.
Great stay at Ba Na Hills! Highly recommend ❤️❤️ service was excellent-we were lucky w good weather - everything was provided -

Excellent stay, the room was clean comfortable with a nice bed and bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast had many options and was very tasty. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel for early access to the Golden Bridge before the crowds start to arrive and also access to the other attractions during the evening.

The location drew us to the property, however check in and particularly check out process was dreadful. No clear communication from staff and everything had to be requested for twice before reception staff remembers to complete the task (locating my luggage, checking room for check out finalisation, and for support to travel down the mountain).
Facilities were underwhelming and I get the impression that everything was treated as transactional and not a great customer experience was being prioritised by reception staff. I stood in front of 2 staff, both looked more senior than the others, behind the reception desk upon check out just to be ignored by both who looked like they were too busy in training to acknowledge me and offering support.
My only praise is for the men helping with handling of baggages. They were all friendly and very helpful.
Not an experience I was expecting from Mercure.

바나힐의 날씨를 전혀 고려하지 않고, 숙박을 예약했습니다. 안개와 비바람이 심한날 숙소를 잡았고, 정말 안치 앞도 보이지 않아 같은 장소를 계속 몇번을 돌았는지 모릅니다.
순간 너무나 두려웠고, 케이블도 거의 정지 되어서 다른 케이블 장소 까지 가는데 표지판도 없어서 정말 내려가는데 20분을 돌다 벨보이의 도움으로 찾았습니다.
호텔 측에 가는길을 물어볼때는 go straight! 만 외치는..ㅡ..ㅡ
호탤내부는 습하고 한국의 좀 오래된 모텔을 생각하면될 것 같습니다. 방음은 전혀 되지 않고, 옆방 치카소리 화장실 소리 다들립니다.
한마디로 하룻밤동안 바나힐에 갇혀서 아무것도 못하고..ㅠㅠ 너무나 아쉬웠습니다.
