We had a wonderful time with our 2 year old on this family vacation! The Finest resort is so accommodating to families (especially young kids). The Junior Swim Up Suite room was excellent for nap time because the parents could just sit outside in the pool/sun. The staff was extremely kind to us and our child. The food was excellent - we did a date night to the French restaurant and hired an on-site babysitter. Truly a magical vacation that exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this to any young family looking for an elevated, comfortable vacation!

Food isn’t that great. It’s edible. They start cleaning super early and you can hear them working right outside your door. I was woken up everyday 7am. They were brushing the floor or something. We paid an upgrade for our own pool in our room and the room was nice but the walk to the beach was SUPER far.

The good I love finest playa mujeres !! It’s a beautiful property very well maintained and immaculately cleaned . The beach is so beautiful my favorite part of it all .customer service is amazing and everyone is always willing to help you with whatever issue you have . I have a 6 month old baby and they would literally answer to my every need . The room service snack bar drink service all amazing . I never met a rude waitor or waitress they are always smiling saying helllo and even saying my pleasure when you say thank you . My favorite restaurant the buffet . Wide array of foods flavors very nice . We also tired all the other restaurants . Brass was good and also shoji for the sushi lovers was great!!!!! The not so good Idk if it is a property issue or a Cancun issue but this is my second time at the resort and there is a huge mosquito problem there . They are everywhere and will swarm you . Off , nat pat and bug spray didn’t help nothing helped . I wish they would do something about this. It personally is a very Uncomfortable and annoying not being able to enjoy much because of the mosquito situation . It is very out of control .

Loved our stay with this hotel everything from the staff, service, food and the room set up really caters to our little family. Such a family friendly resort. I will say my only complaint is the reservations for certain restaurants can’t be made until you arrive which we were a party of 15 made it very difficult. We had a jr auite with private pool. The service and the food were good. We werent pushed to buy anything and were never told we couldnt get into a restaurant without reservations. Kids club was fun for my 4 and 8 year old. Will defintely be booking again. Oh, the beach was clean (we went end of July).
