I have stayed at several Hard Rock properties in the USA. And the Hard Rock in Cancun was the BEST Hard Rock I ever stayed at. All of the Staff was Amazing. I stayed there for 5 nights and there was not one staff member that wasn't helpful or rude.. All the restaurants where amazing and the pool and beach area was clean and beautiful. Plus the entertainment was exceptional there was always something going on and never a dull moment.

Stay was ok, I didn’t understand why every time I ran the water in our room it left a terrible smell while the water was running. Also phone kept ringing for no reason and the view was oceanview but I could see like the rusty power lines on top of the building the left. Food was decent, bartenders were super nice. I would never visit this property again.
