The area surrounding the property was a little more industrial than I expected, so no knock on the hotel but definitely FYI.
The property was under some sort of construction. I don’t blame the property, but I do think there’s available technology to note that on Expedia during booking.
I had to pay an extra fee upon arrival for having two kids share a bed, even though during booking I had to specify their ages and was only offered rooms with two beds. It feels like a deception from either Expedia or the property. Either way it’s dishonest and will keep me staying here next time I’m in Fukuoka.

プライベートで2泊滞在。
西鉄貝塚線の貝塚駅から徒歩10分程度の立地だが、国道3号線沿いに位置しているため、圧倒的に車（レンタカー）向き。駐車場は広く、滞在中は無料で大変便利。
施設や設備は決して新しくはないが良くメンテされており、全体的な清潔感に問題はない。ただし私の部屋だけかもしれないが、部屋ないしはシーツがどうにも生臭く、それだけが不快であった。
朝食無しの素泊まりであったが、1回だけ宿泊者向け1,000円で頂いた。種類はそれほど多くは無いが、普通に美味しかった。
総じてコスパは良く、前述のニオイの問題がなければまたリピートさせて頂きたいと思っている。

お部屋広い。洗面台前のカーテン良い。朝食のアレンジ例が面白かった。しっかり見てから食べに行くとよい。ウェルカムドリンクが良いです。
連泊時の部屋清掃が基本無い旨を聞き逃していたのか、ゴミの回収されておらずゴミ箱パンパンでどうしようとなりました。替えのゴミ袋があれば自分でやるですが。あとは2人で泊まりましたが、2人とも寝ている間に虫に刺されました。
