I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more satisfied. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with all the amenities you could ask for. The bed was very comfortable, and everything felt fresh and welcoming. Housekeeping did a great job throughout the stay. The location was perfect, convenient and close to restaurants, shops. The hotel facilities were well kept, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and I would definitely stay here again. This is my 2nd stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, this time's experience wasn't that great. The room was extremely dusty. You could see the dust flying in the room. The aircon itself was dirty and the space underneath the bed was also dusty too. So other than convenience, the stay was not ideal
