The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was right next to Nakajima park (lovely) and only about 25-35 min walk to Susukino/Odori. The breakfast buffet was fine and the room was perfectly fine, too and at a reasonable price to boot. We were very happy we decided to stay here.

ホテル自体はとても綺麗でリラックスできる空間でした！大人4人で泊まってもゆっくり寛ぐ事ができましたよ！ただこの雪の時期にキャリーを押して駅まで向かうのにちょっと遠いところとコンビニも近くに1軒くらいしかなかったのでそこはネック！それ以外は過ごしやすくてのんびりできた旅行になりました。
家族4人で宿泊しました〜！一番上の階だったので部屋からは中島公園がみえましたよ！エキストラベッドもありましたが、マットレスがよかったので腰などに負担はなく眠ることができました。枕もよかったです！
