We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well organised. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Definitely recommend!

Well the lady that works in the bar and breakfast was great, and bearing in mind that I only paid 45 pounds for the room with breakfast, my expectations were low. And I got what I paid for.... A beering night with a pal, so only needed a bed, it was fine.

Very run down. Stayed twice and furniture is really old and dated. Understaffed as Reception not present and cleaning rooms altough checked us in early. Hotels.com says 2pm check in but Hotel says its 3pm . Only booked it for a night gig as its close to pier.

Reception not very welcoming. Made you feel like your reservation doesnt exist. Only person who was welcoming was Breakfast Manager. Tired rooms but very welcoming and for 50 quid a room did not excpect more.

No fridge in the rooms, so i had to order every evening from uber water and drinks but in morning it became very hot. In breakfast was included only small english breakfast, my daughter and wife they don't eat pork so they had to have breakfast oitside. Lift very small and shaking. Only one guy used to be very polite but he was new and the lady with kid serving breakfast she was very friendly. Come in back, no way! The most terrible hotel i ever stayed.

It's for a basic stay, the place is dated, but beds are really comfortable and clean. Bathroom is spotless, also they provide soap and shampoo in little sachets. Staff was super responsive! Really on top of things. We needed to switch one fan and someone came to our room in 2 mins. The bonus for us was the we needed to leave early and the manager arranged for us to have packed omelettes! We are very grateful for it.

20 -40 people constantly in reception arguing as they can't get their booked rooms. Noise , police and all sorts of fun. Breakfast is separate story, people who were lucky enough to get rooms sitting in room with jam and juice and waiting for misery man who will get their breakfast. Had to ask for refund for mine. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT FOR GOOD.

Good friendly welcome, requested to move rooms due to noisy guests in the next room, was accommodated by staff with a smile. Room was basic but sufficient for the price. Comfy bed, strong shower. The television didn’t seem to show regular channels and all instructions on the tv were in German, so I gave up using it. The location was great, close to the town centre, Pavillion and Pier.
