My mothers room had bedbugs, when staff was called they just sprayed the bed and called it a day until my mom requested a room change. The mattress was soiled under the covers.

Smelled strongly of smoke everywhere despite booking a non smoking room. Staff highly inflexible and unhelpful. Would not even allow a friend to visit for less than 2hrs. Much better hotels in the area for similar price.

京急蒲田すぐ近くで羽田へのアクセスは快適。
付近に飲食店も多く、且つホテル自身は裏手
にあって、割と静かな場所にありました。

エレベーターから出て宿泊フロアに入った途端に不快な臭い。部屋は更に不快な臭い。部屋にあったリセッシュでどうにかなるレベルではなく、フロントに部屋替えを申し入れようとしたが、不在で誰も出てこない状態。帰宅後に家族からも衣類に臭いがついていると言われるほどに酷いものだった。

設備等は普通のビジネスホ テルです。
すごく良い訳でもなく、不満がある訳でもない。
近くに夜の街やスーパーがあるのは良いと思いました。
羽田空港からも近いので、また利用したいです。
総合的には満足ですが、敢えて不満を言うならば初見では見つけづらいです。
