The Motel is clean & comfortable. Could do with some chairs in the room and kitchen cupboard needs fixing. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Easy check in. There was a sheet with a hole covering the couch. There was a doona with no cover on the main bed. I would assume this does not get washed each use. The microwave did not heat up food. There was only 3 coffee packets. We went to wash up only to find a dish brush that was old and warm out. These things could be so easy to fix to make the place better

The room was pleasant and clean although fridge interior needed a more thorough clean. It is a quiet location and easy to get to other places and the beach. No wifi password given and no one at reception at all to ask. Our bed was a king bed but the bottom, non fitted sheet was only a queen so it did not fit at all and moved whenever we rolled over.

Booked on WotIf for the property. Arrived an hour later - no reception. Given one room, moved to another due to the incorrect room. Room I was given - a big let down for the money you pay! Aircon barely worked. Small and very old TV that can hardly see, the room was tidy but not clean, wasn’t given the WiFi details until the next day when about to check out. No coffee sachets, no shampoo or conditioner and was told that they’ll restock tomorrow. Only positive - the bed was comfortable Way overpriced compared to other properties. Massive let down

Not great. Bathroom door was broken and kept falling off its rail. Large spider living in bathroom. Charged additional fee for having 2 kids but did not provide enough bowls, forks spoons etc for 4 people. Found toenail clippings on the carpet in the room. Office was not staffed during entire stay.

Be prepared that this property backs onto a Cemetary- giving it a creepy vibe.Other guests were very noisy until small hours. Room advertised was way smaller than photo( wide angle) and there was not even a tiny bottle of shampoo in the shower.The room says it sleeps 3 - that is if you want your child in the bed. Overall i can say that i hope that the real “ Paradise” is going to be a step up from this
