We always had great service from friendly front desk staff. We felt welcomed all the time. We felt the room was typical business hotel size (not big) in Japan, but it was very clean and comfortable. Healthy breakfast was a big plus, with both traditional Japanese menu and western food. Dining room staff was very welcoming.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room very small (but knew already while booking) but clean and hot everything you need for a couple of nights. Breakfast was very tasty with a great selection. Location in a very quiet area and also good connected to public transport and also haneda airport to reach within 30min by monorail or subway. I would come back!
