If you are on a budget this place will suffice. There is no AC and the windows don’t open a lot so I would not recommend it during the warmer months. Cleanliness was just ok. One of the towels in the bathroom looked like it was stained with blood. Bed sheets were clean though. The location was decent. It is right above a bar but it actually wasn’t loud in the evening. Walking distance to many restaurants and pubs. Overall I would stay there again as long as it was a cooler months.

This was a 'self serv' hotel which I was unaware of. There was noone on site to assist and got voice mail when we called the number at 1 a.m. when the fire alarm went off. We ended up calling the fire department. This hotel was a 'no serve' hotel. Never again.

Location of the hotel was fairly central but not a particularly great area of Southampton. We didn’t see any staff - completely digital with a message sent to you with a code to access your room (good if you like that thing). The bed was in a terrible condition and we were bitten by bed bugs. The window was covered by a small piece of fabric that didn’t cover the window. Not a great experience and I would suggest staying away and booking somewhere else.

Staff was great. No elevator so tight going up steps with luggage. But room was clean, and staff was helpful.
