部屋はとても綺麗でスタッフもフレンドリーでとても親切でした。シャワーの水圧がとても弱いのと地図で示されている場所と実際の場所が全く違ってたどり着くのに苦労した点を除けば満足でした。

The check in was easy and friendly, unfortunately the unit was on the 5th floor and elevator was out of service. The stairwell also could use some railings. Overall the price was reasonable for the accomodations.

It is a new construction, the room was amazing, really clean, with ocean view, the pool really nice. The only thing that it was a big minus is that the Wi-Fi wasn't working in our room, we notified the front desk clerk and went to our room to try to fix it but couldn't be fixed and in that area my phone didn't have good reception there, other than that it was great.

The location is NOT where the map says it is not next to La Sirena restaurant. Rather it is near the corner of ave rafael and cozumel street so keep that in mind when booking. We were unable to reach anyone at the hotel when we were trying to check in so we could figure out where this place is actually located. Thankfully a local did know where this place was… other than that is a nice place with great rooftop views.

Location not even close to where Expedia says it’s at. Construction noise all around. No hot water. Bed hard as rock. Long walk to center of town Sink had no handles. Over all wouldn’t recommend it.

The hotel is beautiful and new, but it’s not finished yet… Due to the construction everywhere around it, there is constant loud hammering noise. The room was very dirty and not ready when we arrived. There was construction dust everywhere. The mirrors were dirty, and all the kitchen utensils were dirty as well. There was dirt all over the counter… The pool was very disappointing despite how beautiful the place looks. After only 30 minutes in the water, my float was covered with green stains — it was really unpleasant. The materials are already rusting. The attention to detail just isn’t there, which is unfortunate. We stayed for only 1 hour and 30 minutes before leaving… Basically, it’s a huge construction site all around the property. And the ocean is not beautiful at all, although that’s not really their fault. However, the guy at the front desk was super kind and genuinely very sorry about everything. Sadly, we will not be returning there.

el hotel es bonito y limpio de manera general. entiendo que de momento y temporalmente, el hotel está rodeado de construcciones así que es imposible dormír hasta tarde porque te despierta el sonido de los martillos y las construcciones , el área de alberca es lindo pero estaba realmente sucio de alguna fiesta y el agua de la alberca totalmente llega de tierra y polvo de las mismas construcciones... una vez que el desarrollo del área termine será perfecto

The room lacked decor and was very plain. The apartment was missing some basic supplies like hand towels, bath mat, paper towels, dish drying rack etc.. The cookware was of very low/poor quality. The view to the shipyard was a surprise. Finally, there is HEAVY construction all around the apartment making it unpleasant to stay in the apartment during the day time.

Im Gegensatz zu der ausgewiesenen (und angegebenen GPS Daten) schönen Ortsmitte liegt die Wohnung am Containerhafen umgeben von 3 Baustellen (Lämmer auch Nachts) auch im Haus wurde mit Schlagbaren viele Stunden ununterbrochen gebohrt. Terasse mit Pool nicht nutzbar. Sowas zu vermieten ist eine bodenlose Unverschämtheit
