Excellent! Thank you! Great location, safe location, very friendly and helpful staff, close to nice places to eat. The studio was beautiful with a very nice view from the balcony. My husband and I already started recommending this place. Puerto Rico is beautiful, we enjoyed Old San Juan, enjoyed history, eat the delicious mofongo, arroz mamposteao, the pastelitos, the views, the ocean and mountains. We will come back for sure.

Such a beautiful place, perfect for a relaxing weekend but a quick uber ride to the hustle and bustle! Staff was so nice and helpful getting around. The place itself had a great view of the bay and the room was very clean and tidy! Would stay here again!

The property doesn't have a designated parking lot. Only issue for some people. It is close to the beach. Very convenient to get to Old San Juan. Also the highway is very close to get out of the San Juan area. Very quiet, I would recommend again..

The room was clean the Villa was just a little dated, I wished the place had offered a little more like a small coffee shop that sold waters, snacks, sun block, etc. Staff was super friendly!

This place exceeded our expectations! We felt very safe the entire time. The condo was beautiful and perfect for our family of 5 with kids ages 18. 15 and 9. We came for our daughter’s senior trip. Rosemary and her assistant Maxime were so welcoming and responsive. We needed assistance with a few small things like working remotes for electric blinds and a door that was jammed and they responded right away. They also provided helpful recommendations. I was especially pleased with the communication throughout the whole stay! Thank you!

Rosemary was an exceptional host, warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful from booking through checkout. Myself, my husband, my mother, and my mother-in-law all felt completely at home. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had such a peaceful, inviting atmosphere that made our family time even more special. Everything was well-prepared for our arrival, and you can truly tell Rosemary cares about her guests having a five-star experience. The dryer didn’t work. The room was dry but we had to keep the AC on, which was directly above the bed and made it difficult to sleep. The pool is kind of gross.

The listing is not as described, pictures aren't accurate. Area was dirty, keypad on door didn't work, had to get key from a dusty lockbox. Stayed for 10mins and left and checked out. Listing says balcony water view, its barely space to stand and its rusty with a leaky pipe above. Very disappointing
