The parking is expensive and you have to walk too much to the hotel. Everything is clean but the carpets have a moisty odor. You need to ask for a blower in the front desk because they don't have in the room. They don't put bottle of water in the room. I think that the hotel is expensive. They only include the breakfast that is the same each day.

There’s no good cable tv channels.. the TVs doesn’t had wifi... and no smart apps to see tv. We are in pandemic so basically we o lo was able to use the pool and gym. The breakfast was awful and was always the same... eggs with sausage!!!

Great service even though with all this pandemic problem. I found two things that can improve. The breakfast didn’t have any fresh fruits only a sour orange. And the bathrooms in the lobby at least the male one didn’t have any soap. Other than that the stay was very relaxing.

The customer service was excellent. The facilities need an update.

Nice people working there which is unusual in PR. Security was ok; but stairwell and issue in the northwest corner stairwell garage exit; does not open; further more had some issue getting out with my ticket and so did someone else...

The only problem its the cost of the parkign. Igave to pay like 33.00 per day for the firts cars.

Nothing unique about this property . I will blame the issues on the Pandemic . No restaurants were opened , the bar closed at 9pm. Appointment had to be made to visit the pool . I would suggest going after the Pandemic . Nice family resort when this curse is over .

First off..they are sooooo slow at check in and everything else! You can only use the pool for 2hrs 1 time per day and have to wait on a long line to sign up otherwise it books up really quick and you cannot pre-book for the day after if you wanted to secure a spot for your family. The bathtub kept backing up and the water pressure was low; the room had a damp feeling. I had partial ocean view which was not too bad but still kind of far from the ocean with trees blocking a bit. The pool area was nice but the bar was pricey and the drinks were not all that great; neither was their free breakfast (I won't buy if I had to pay for it). They were good when it comes to Covid procedures to ensure safety.
