There was no shampoo in the room and only two towels. Also, the cable TV kept freezing up. The bed was comfortable enough, and the room was quiet, so I slept well. Breakfast was, at best, sub-continental. It was literally hard-cooked eggs, underdone home fries, white toast and coffee. And you didn't serve yourself, they had someone behind the counter. It served it's purpose as a place to crash for the night, but just barely.

Several police vehicles outside when we arrived at 9:30 pm - that should have been our first clue. Staff was very nice. There was no bar and no restaurant - contrary to the pictures online. The room was disgustingly run down - way too many things to complain about but we slept with our clothes on. Breakfast included was vile. Will never stay here again.

This was just a HORRIBLE hotel. There’s no lights or signage outside so was difficult to find at night. The lobby was old and dirty and had a smell to it. When we got to our room things just got worse. The only thing I can say somewhat positive is that the sheets didn’t have any stains on them. But other than that there were stains everywhere. The tub was filthy and the walls had stains and a there was a hole in the ceiling above the shower. The carpet was disgusting too, I can only imagine want all the stains were from. My only advice would be to stay far away from this place.

We received a promo and we were able to book this room for very little money; so you get what you pay for. They advertised free breakfast but we didn't see it. There is free parking. No hand towels, and no, don't ask for an extra bath towel, you won't get it. NO extra blankets available either.

It was absolutely terrible. To start, they say they have a restaurant, which only serves minimal breakfast and it says until 9:30 am on site, yet closed around 8:55 The conditions in the room were horrible as well. Filthy , unsanitary and moldy. There was hair in tub, a film that was questionable and the pillows smelled of BO The staff was nasty and dismissive, especially the elderly lady in the mornings. There were shelter accommodations, also which I think they should post on there site I requested to speak to a supervisor and get some sort of courtesy on balance and to no avail. I do not recommend this hotel at all

Run away, don't walk. Traveling as a solo female business traveler I immediately got a bad feeling when I pulled in to the parking lot. There two lone individuals loitering in the parking lot. The airport shuttle had flat tires and hadn't been moved in a long time. Clearly at one point this was a Crown Plaza, as indicated by the Crown part of the sign being blacked out and only Plaza Albany remaining. Poorly lit parking lot. I think folks are living in the hotel - I get that housing is very hard to find, and disasters can befall anyone - but it was odd watching people go in to the hotel with grocery orders and walking around in pajamas. I went to my assigned room, continued to not feel safe, and decided to leave. I did not stay the night.

The place was disgusting and dirty. The room had bedbugs. The front desk manager was very disrespectful and no help at all. He was never there. The rooms were horrible. The bathroom was disgusting. The TV was falling off the wall. There was roaches everywhere bedbugs everywhere.
