Dishes were a bit dirty when we arrived, but the place was comfortable enough. Couldn't find the amenities key and property didn't respond to our message so never used them. Aside from the lack of housekeeping and communication, it was an ok place.

We had a wonderful time staying here with my wife and kids, and there were many sleeping options because there is a rollaway bed in the closet and also the sofa bed in the living area aside from the bedroom. My only two minor issues was that the condo was extremely warm for my liking, the bed was too soft, and the pillows were too bulky (?) if I can describe it that way. This led me to toss and turn all night and alternating between beds to try to get comfortable. However, my wife and kids were able to comfortably sleep through the night, so this is all just me and my preference talking, and not a reflection of the property or anything like that. The other thing that I wondered about was locking the main door from the inside, there was really no way to activate the deadbolt from the inside, and in the unlikely event that there is a fire or something and the electronic deadbolt is activated when you’re inside, there’s actually no way to get out, so you would have to get out through the window. Sorry, with my line of work I think about these things all the time :). In sum, we had a great time and everything was fine.

The floors were warped in many areas and covered with through rugs making it an unstable and unsafe area for our disabled and visually impaired son to maneuver. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. When I was sent my check in info it didn’t include a unit number only a building name. It took about 15 minutes to get ahold of someone to find out where to go. Our refrigerator was hot and freezer was cold. I called front desk twice and asked for help with that because we have medication for our son that needs to be refrigerated. (One of the main reasons we picked this location.) they called me Backed and asked if it was plugged in, which it was and no one ever came to look at it or called me back. Woke in the morning and the fridge was cold. But we had to go buy a cooler and get ice to keep his meds cold.

Hotel.com failed to deliver check in information

The communication was non existent from you, Hotels.com. I never received the check in information and was left tracking down the hotel property who was able to finally give me the directions, condo number and key code access. The property was ok but rustic.

The location was kind of worn out holes in floor. Shower head nozzle very scratchy with a lot of play on knob. If one bumped it just a little it would be scalding. Biggest issues was the kitchen. Dirty dishes. Worn out past. All knifes were full. Made it very hard to prepare mails. So we were forced to eat out one night
