Well, the room was pretty clean. The staff couldn’t be differentiated from the other guests I saw, which isn’t a positive point. The parking lot was well lit, and didn’t see many undesirables roaming around. For the price, it’s a great deal, clean and safe-R. I’d rate it a C+

One day earlier I emailed them that because of the long way driving we will reach after midnight. It was about 2am that my wife and me with all fatigue reached to hotel But surprisingly they said we canceled your room and have no vacancy. They not only cancelled our reservation without telling us on the other hand they didn’t inform Hotel.com also that they cancelled it themselves therefore Hotel.com also fined us for late cancellation. That night took us till morning to find a place to rest

I continue to enjoy my stay at Belleville Motor Lodge and have become a frequent returning customer. The service is consistently excellent, and the staff is always helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Check-in and check-out are made easy, and any concerns regarding your room are addressed promptly by management and staff. Parking is always available, and the property is kept clean and well maintained. Another great advantage is the convenient location. Most, if not all, essential shops and services are within walking distance, including a laundromat, grocery store, fitness center, drugstore, and more. Everything you need is close by, making each stay comfortable and convenient.

They did a great job renovating the place from what I remember it was years ago. The first woman I encountered at the front desk was extremely kind & friendly, but not every employee is the same. The room was very comfortable, great TV, and the room felt new all except for the bathroom. The bathroom renovations seemed like they were the only renovations which were looked past. Overall, I had a good experience at this hotel and I absolutely would return if I were traveling in the area again!
