Pousada muito bem organizada, funcionários muito educados e uma estrutura funcional, para quem curte caminhar de manhã e curtir o comércio e restaurantes do Itagua fantástico, eu e minha gostamos das praias do Norte, então foi excelente para ir de carro, só atenção para as vagas de veículos disponíveis e tipo gaveta, no geral voltaria mais vezes.

Excelente estadia em Ubatuba!! Super recomendo!! Localizado na Villa Guarani, perto de tudo da principal avenida, perto do shopping. Os funcionários da Melville são muito simpáticos e atenciosos! A hospedagem é nova e conservada. Muitobonita!! Vc consegue ver o nascer do sol de dentro da hospedagem! O cafe da manha é maravilhoso!! Tudo feito na hora com muito carinho!! Vem quentinho na mesa. Muito bem servido, mas se quiser, pode solicitar reposição.

Fechei um quarto luxo vista para o mar. Me colocaram num quarto no terreo. Ao lado dos banheiros e área de funcionários. Quarto sem nenhuma privacidade, nem se quer podíamos abrir a varanda q dava n area de alimentação dos hóspedes. Péssimo quarto. Quarto vista mar que nao da pra deixar a varanda aberta. Quarto para 3 q uma cama ficava embaixo da cama. Nao dava nem pra andar no quarto com a cama para fora.

A casa é muito bonita e organizada. Tem uma área compartilhada que sempre está organizada, e a disponibilidade para a limpeza é todos os dias até as 12:00, basta virar a placa que fica na porta. Só um ponto no qual a informação do anúncio está divergente e que no local há apenas uma piscina pequena e não 5. E o café da manhã é servido por pessoa/casal em uma cestinha já montada.

Quarto ótimo, só achei que ar condicionado gelava pouco, e ventilador de teto, botão estava quebrado, dificultando controle de velocidade.
