The room ok They had black stuff in the shower. The floors were sticky and the room had a god-awful smell. The pictures are false advertisement. They don’t offer the full kitchen just a microwave sink and refrigerator. They don’t offer any amenities or supplies for the kitchen at such as hand, soap, paper towels, anything like that the lady at the front desk is rude. Smell of weed throughout the entire hotel even though it’s non-smoking crash all in the parking lot feel like I was gonna fall cause it was barely stable. Only stay here if you don’t have any other options.

Staff was excellent and very courteous. Very disappointed upon arrival to find that the stove eyes had been removed from the rooms, even though the pictures on the website showed them there. That was one of the reasons we rented the room. Second, during the night the refrigerator went out ruining about $30 worth of leftovers from lunch and dinner.

We did not mention this to the front desk. Our room had been smoked in previously. It’s was covered up by the cleaning solution… but was very prominent. No coffee maker in the room…there is coffee machine in the lobby but only when the staff return will it be available and that time was 9am. Really doesn’t help when guest hours are different than the staff’s 9am arrival. Also no hair dryer either. No cutains/drapes on the window. Only a horizontal slat blind. Light comes through all night. You can hear all the traffic and people shutting their doors. The room was clean ….nothing wrong physically with the room and the staff were nice. As expedia members it seems we always get the first room off the elevator….this is quite annoying due to the many people in and out of the elevators. The room cost us $100 per night. We have stayed in $80 per night that had free breakfast, 24hr front desk, coffe maker, and hair dryer in each room. Our room did look new. And was very clean. But again someone had smoked inside the room. Too tired to report it. It’s was a safe clean place to sleep. And that’s what we needed for our one night travels.

I was put in a room with a clogged toilet that would not flush, when I called the front desk no answers the smell was unbearing all night long. Talk to the manager next mourning he claimed that he told the staff the day before not to use that room because of the conditions. No iron/board or ice machines.
