A simple business hotel

A simple business hotel, ok for short trips. Rooms are typically small, but large bed. No clothes storage in the room. The bathroom is a plastic pod, but functional. Limited room service and laudry service (if you bring it to reception). Staff were helpful and friendly and rooms were clean and comfy to sleep in.

The hotel is fairly outdated but that wasn’t the real issue. Our room felt small, stuffy and honestly, a bit dirty. The air conditioner grilles were filthy. Completely covered in dust or mold. Not worth the price whatsoever.

フロント、受付時に笑顔なし。素泊まりですね〜と、流れ作業のように言われた。朝食つけてますが？と言ったら何やら隣のスタッフとボソボソ話をしてから券を出す。感じ悪いですよ。久々に不愉快な思いをしました。 バスルームのペーパーホルダーにザラザラのホコリ。大浴場に期待して行ったが、シャワー個数少ない上に一部故障で使えない。女性はただでさえ洗髪時間が長いのに、皆うんざりしながら待っていた。 仕方なく部屋で洗髪しようと戻ったら、水量が全く足りない。チョロチョロしか出なくて大変だった。場所も良いし朝食は美味しかったのに、残念です。

大人2人、子ども3人で9階のファミリー向けアクアジャパニーズラグジュアリーをお借りしましたが、とても良かったです！4人部屋なのでベッドにギュッとして寝ることを覚悟して行ったのですが、エキストラ布団を人数分ご用意いただいていて驚きました…！素晴らしい心遣いをありがとうございました。 外の眺めもとても良く、特に夜景が綺麗で子どもも大興奮。駅からのアクセスも良かったので言う事無しです。 展望大浴場もサービス（？）いただいて本当に気持ちよく楽しく泊まることができました。 次機会がある時もこちらにさせていただきたいです。ありがとうございました。
