Overall a fantastic experience with exceptional customer service and facilities. The only negative is that there are no maintenance staff on during the weekend which resulted in us having to change rooms for a very minor quickly fixed fault and then in the new room was also a minor fault which could have been quickly fixed in 30 seconds had there been maintenance staff available. Food and service was exceptional.

Amazing place just like the photos. The staff were very friendly and interactive. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order . The service was friendly. Room was very clean and new and the Bathroom was beautiful .

The rooms were well kept and amazing staff with wonderful views from the room. With mews rooms amenities notable miss was no room service, no fridge & no AC. Hotel was in a good location but will give it a miss due to lack of amenities as mentioned above.

Immaculate

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in, it is immaculate, rooms have lots of space and the beds are comfy, staff are friendly and very helpful, would highly recommend staying here.

The room was immaculate! All the things you expect in a five star such as slippers, wardrobe, refrigerator. What I especially liked is the refreshments (including wine) in refrigerator were complimentary. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great as they cooked your eggs to order along with a buffet. The lounge was more than beautiful it is a work of art and could easily be placed in a museum where people would happily pay to see. You have to see this to believe it! The room was beautiful and also a work of art and very comfortable. The bed is very comfortable. So comfortable you don't want to get out of bed. The seats in the lounge and bedroom are very comfortable and unique with an roman Italian design similar to the lounge. The hotel has a great bar with many selections. We ate dinner at the pub which is adjoining to the hotel. The food was outstanding and similar to what you would have at a 5 star restaurant. You have to make reservations to guarantee a seat. My only drawback on the hotel is the walk in shower does not have bars on the wall which makes it difficult in balancing yourself when taking a shower (especially if not stable on your feet).

Welcoming staff, personal service from a relatively small hotel. Room was great, hotel also had a complementary taxi sercice to and from events centre on site, which was very welcome as the weather wasn't the best. Breakfast was served quickly by attentive staff. Will definitely be stopping again.
