From the moment we arrived to leaving we felt like royality. The hospitality of ALL the staff was outstanding! We stayed 7 nights here and we didnt want to leave… the staff & owners just take time for you, full of smiles and will do absolutely anything for you! Its the best hospitality we have ever received and we have been to many countries! The food was perfection! I dont think ive ever had such beautiful hotel breakfast! Our room was stunning! And the setting for this hotel is just WOW! Definitely a jungle vibe! These owners are so lovely, 2 dutch guys who clearly look after their staff and guests! The chef just amazing too who often comes out and asks how your food was. It was my husbands 50th birthday whilst we were there and they made such a special effort for him. For valentine’s meal, each guest could choose a fish which they caught that day & it was beautifully cooked! The guys on reception helped us with everything!! This hotel is uniquely beautifully built, but has the best service ever! Thank you we will be back ❤️

Very nice staff and clean rooms as well as all amenities. Nice location with a great view though you have to keep in mind that from the street you will have to take a very nice but quit slow kind of funicular through their absolutely stunningky beautiful "vertical" garden. You can entertain yourself by watching the many monkeys in the area but dont leave any belongings on the balcony as the monkeys might take it. It adds fun and a bit of adventure to your stay. Reception and overall staff are exeptional. Both pools and other amenities are very well kept and clean. Highly recommend staying there if you like comfort, view and cleanliness. Will come again

This was a wonderful hotel with a high level of service. With its high location, located on a cliff high above all other buildings, you had a magical 360 degree view, absolutely wonderful. The hotel has two pools, a "jungle pool" and a roof terrace pool, a well-stocked gym and much more. The food in the hotel restaurant was very good, as was the breakfast, which was both varied and generous. If anything should be mentioned, it is that there were an incredible number of wild monkeys living in and around this hotel. They sat in large numbers around the pools in the afternoon and were asked not to have any things on the balcony so they would steal them. In general, a luxurious and lovely hotel that gave us what we wanted. However, we hung out all day down around the beach and its beautiful beach bars/restaurants. /Anders with daughter Emilia from Sweden

The amenities at Coastline Mirissa are amazing, our room was spacious, clean and had everything you could want for your stay. Both pool areas are a lovely place to relax, we also loved the badminton court and pool table! The reception staff were lovely and we really appreciated the provision of beach towels and filtered water in the room. Our stay was unfortunately tainted by the lack of vegan options for my partner at breakfast, despite the menu clearly stating these were available. Not only was the dish he was presented with really unappetising (an onion salad, half a tomato, some cucumber and a small pile of mushrooms) but the staff’s attitude towards catering for this dietary request was disappointing. They had no milk alternatives either. They made us rather uncomfortable and made it seem like it was a big challenge, when every other hotel or homestay we’ve been at have provided an amazing service for him. To note, the normal breakfast service wasn’t particularly inspiring either, we ended up eating out at a nearby brunch spot instead. It was also rather intrusive to be asked by the cleaning staff every time we left our room, if we were checking out or if we were leaving the next day - surely this information is kept at reception and guests shouldn’t have to provide it constantly? This might be a reflection of the short time the hotel has been open, but at this point I wouldn’t recommend staying there if you have any dietary requirements.

Room was nice, staff was excellent, so friendly. The owner even stopped by to chat with us at breakfast. We ate dinner here also. The food was great. There were a lot of stairs up to the hotel, which we decided to take instead of the lift because we loved the exercise. It was like a Stairmaster to our rooms. We were within 5 minutes of a nice, clean beach. Easy walkability, eco-friendly, we'd stay here again and recommend it.

What an incredible hotel. If you are staying in Mirissa this is the place to be. It is very good value for money considering the impeccable service, beautiful interiors and stunning 360 views. We loved the beautiful views for breakfast and the lift up to the hotel is a fun touch! Would highly recommend this to anyone for a memorable and comfortable stay. Also very convenient for all of the beaches

Spacious rooms and lovely staff, however our room had bugs, a cockroah and didn’t feel like it was to the standard other hotels are giving at that price. It’s up a hill, which is quite a walk or you can take the elevator, which is very slow. However the staff were very good and extremely helpful.
