When we got to the reception to get the keys , I told receptionist Valentina that we checked in online (and I got a confirmation from the hotel) . Valentina , the receptionist, twice told me that I didn't check in , until the system loaded and she saw she's wrong... No apologies... Then she asked if we read the property policies. I said yes , we did.
When I asked her where we should park , she mentioned in an arrogant manner that she already asked us if we read the property policies and I said yes... A bitter aftertaste to have a such a service... Valentina is not suitable to work with customers , absolutely unacceptable...
