施設が清潔で美しい。 全てのスタッフが非常に親切。 ビーチが遠いが、シャトルバスに乗ることができる。 空港からタクシーで30分ほどかかる。 Wi-Fiは弱い。（eSIM無制限だったので問題なし。） 総合すると素晴らしいホテル！！

We spent one night then moved to another nearby hotel. The food was not good and the a/c didnt work. There was too many nicer places nearby to eat such very low quality food all week. The place is beautiful. Service nuce. Resort small. But watered down wine and samey low quality food isn't the one.

Magnifique !!

Un personnel tout à fait arrangeant qui a nous a remarquablement conseillé et autorisé à rester à l'hôtel jusqu'à notre transfert bien que l'horaire soit plus tardif que le check out prévu (merci les Guest relation girls!!). Des chambres spacieuses, confortables et très propres (merci Mahmoud Ibrahim!). Un large de choix de cocktails toujours servis avec le sourire (merci Mohamed!). Nourriture tout à fait convenable particulièrement le succulent restaurant argentin. De vrais softs (coca, sprite). Des animations en journée (club enfants, aqua gym, zumba, pétanque...) et en soirée (spectacles à thème, disco). Du WiFi au bar ouvert 24h/24 (un peu plus compliqué dans les chambres). Une vraie volonté de recueillir les avis pour s'améliorer. Vous avez peu de chances d'être déçu en choisissant Flow...Très bon rapport qualité prix. Bravo à toute l'équipe.

Voyage en couple en période hivernale, hôtel très confortable et peu de monde en cette période, chambre propre et literie au top ! Personnel super accueillant et toujours disponible. Chambres peu insonorisées, peu de choix dans les repas (souvent la même chose) mais reste très correct et bon. Je recommande !

The worse hotel I have ever been to. Nothing good to mention about this hotel except Mohra the front desk lady. Terrible food, hotel still under construction and the rooms finishing is horrible, disgusting food, no internet except at the reception area, you can't sleep from the noise of the air-condition. We booked three nights, pm our arrival and once we did check in and we saw how terrible the hotel and the food, we had to cancel our stay and we checked out the following morning. Will never come back

We went to this hotel to try it, its very clean, rooms are large, 4 restaurants, coffee shop, icecream shop. 2 pools one heated, a good gym, a lovely spa i had a good massage. loads of seating areas, all the staff are very nice and helpful, reception fast check - in we were early but they gave us our rooms, our friends had a free upgrade, mini bar first day free, water and kettles in room. We enjoyed it and will return.

The hotel is beautiful and clean and some of the staff are great! It’s good if you just want to go and chill for cheap. However, same food ever night, wifi doesn’t work. Constantly asking for it to be fixed. People who sell extensions and massages in the hotel overcharge massively. To point where they offed less then half the next day to get you to come! Constant being asked about excursions and treatments so you couldn’t relax. Some staff over friendly asking initiate questions. I wouldn’t go again.

It was my biggest mistake, booked accommodation based on newly opened resort with high reviews. It's a full misleading reviews, hotel standards are very low in amenities, food and facilities. It can't be described a 4 stars hotel at all. It looks like they rushed to open the hotel with many uncompleted jobs. Food is disgusting and it's not really all inclusive. I booked 3 nights but checked out after the first night, this how bad it was.

Leider eine große Enttäuschung – absolut nicht empfehlenswert Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war alles andere als angenehm. Besonders negativ aufgefallen ist das Personal – sehr aufdringlich und unfreundlich, insbesondere die Verkäufer von Spa-Angeboten und Aktionen, die einem ständig etwas aufdrängen wollten. Die Toiletten im gesamten Hotel waren weder sauber noch abschließbar, was absolut inakzeptabel ist. Die Essensauswahl ließ ebenfalls stark zu wünschen übrig: Egal in welches der Restaurants man ging, jeden Tag wurde dasselbe serviert, ohne Abwechslung. Ein weiterer, sehr unangenehmer Punkt war, dass wir als Gruppe von Frauen vom Personal ständig extrem angestarrt wurden. Das Verhalten war respektlos und hat dazu geführt, dass wir uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts extrem unwohl gefühlt haben. Das Schlimmste war jedoch der Hotelmanager. Dieser bot uns tatsächlich über seinen privaten Expedia-Account ein weiteres Zimmer an, was völlig unseriös wirkte, und zeigte keinerlei Interesse an unseren Fragen oder Wünschen. Ich kann ehrlich gesagt nicht nachvollziehen, wie dieses Hotel an seine positiven Bewertungen kommt, da ich von vielen anderen Gästen während unseres Aufenthalts gehört habe, dass sie ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht haben. Dieses Hotel verdient nicht die guten Bewertungen und ist definitiv keine Empfehlung wert.

The property was so far away from everything and the transportation they offered at the hotel was too expensive and slow. The all inclusive you paid its the worst I’ve ever had, dry food, same menu everyday even with all restaurants they had. You don’t have internet at your room or at pool areas only at the lobby. We inquired about scuba diving at the hotel bc was convenient due to the distance and at the end we decide for another place and the people from the same hotel was gossiping about why we didn’t choose their place instead and questioning about our decisions at the lobby. Also they had 2 beaches, 1 it’s shared with other hotels they offered buffet as well terrible and poor but the worst it’s the transportation times they shared they don’t respect the times and you need to catch whenever you see that. So for that and too many other things this is the worst hotel.

Disappointing stay

Hotel half finished corridor and stairs very dirty. There are NO Al a carte restaurants. All the restaurants are buffet !!! I emailed hotel before booking and told there was so very disappointing to find only buffet. Gym had no floor space for mat work (no mats either ) and no free weights either . Only Wi-Fi in lobby . Lots & lots of flies everywhere!!
