We enjoyed our stay at the guest house. The location was great by the beach. The staff were really helpful helping us to get in and arrange local street parking permit. The room was a great size and worked well for family with two kids. There was plates, fridge and mini kitchenette so we could in room which was handy. For the price very good value

We found the room was just what we needed for one night stay. We couldn’t get parked in road as was full so found car park around corner which was £15 for 24hrs. I think the permit for the road was more as it was a min of 3. days. The room had all you need expect for tea towel and washing up liquid, so remember to take your own. Room was very hot though did have fan there was no through draft from the window as we were towards the back. Do remember to contact hotel before you arrive to get codes for the doors. The owner also seems to own next door so are very quick to come if you need assistance, we had trouble with the door once. I would happily stay there again as so close to everything

Room spacious, condiments & bedding dirty, shower head kept coming off, needed extra pillows, bed was really low and showed dirty marks on sheets etc, couldn’t get a breakfast, staff were rude when asked for more pillows etc and asking why questions.

Ideal location, good stay

Ideal stay, Was greeted with a warm welcome & no problem with our stay. Ideal location for the beach, only slight problems with the shower couldn’t really get a proper temperature or pressure without it being too hot or cold but manageable. Would stay again :)

Exceeds Expectations

My stay was amazing and I loved how quick And fast the services are, the room was clean and supper comfortable, tho I went alone I got the peace and quiet I needed to study and relax. Am definitely going to come back some other time but with friends tho, such a good place and environment, I loved every bit and how close it was to the beach. Exceeds my expectations.

Check in is a self check in. You can purchase a parking permit from the staff - we called ahead and was met by a gentleman in the Lyndhurst (next door) who organised it for us. The hotel room was clean and spacious with good kitchenette facilities- all clean. The shower cubicle is quite small and I’m sure it’s not the most luxurious hotel but was a great base for an overnight get away.

Nice and clean we do have some problems regarding the pet availability but Ali one staff member did help with finding the resolution and we have amazing time pretty was save cline and stuff friendly defensively come back
