Ideal stay, Was greeted with a warm welcome & no problem with our stay. Ideal location for the beach, only slight problems with the shower couldn’t really get a proper temperature or pressure without it being too hot or cold but manageable. Would stay again :)

Cheap but good

Surprisingly good for the price. New mattress, great location, spacious room. There is no check in our check out only a text message with a code for the doors. The sheets were too small for the bed, and the pillows very thin. The road outside is residents parking (despite all properties appearing to be hotels), so only overnight parking.

Check in is a self check in. You can purchase a parking permit from the staff - we called ahead and was met by a gentleman in the Lyndhurst (next door) who organised it for us. The hotel room was clean and spacious with good kitchenette facilities- all clean. The shower cubicle is quite small and I’m sure it’s not the most luxurious hotel but was a great base for an overnight get away.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The tv doesn’t work, the bathroom is far too small to be functional, the floor in the bathroom was broken during our stay resulting in my daughter cutting her foot open. You can hear absolutely everything the people above you are doing, and I mean everything. The beds are like laying on a concrete slab, and noisy as hell. The owner is impossible to get hold of. Currently ignoring my messages. It I was you, I’d go to a travelodge.

Exceeds Expectations

My stay was amazing and I loved how quick And fast the services are, the room was clean and supper comfortable, tho I went alone I got the peace and quiet I needed to study and relax. Am definitely going to come back some other time but with friends tho, such a good place and environment, I loved every bit and how close it was to the beach. Exceeds my expectations.

Strange noise from en suite, good shower/mattress

Check in was easy and straight forward. I had room number 5. I was only staying for one night so didn’t use the Kitchenette. The room wasn’t very clean at all. It hadn’t been vacuumed, there was hair on the sink as well as what looked like residue of someone else’s toothpaste that they had spat out. The back of the toilet seat wasn’t clean either. There was something that looked like tape in the extract fan and marks on the en suite walls. There was an intermittent and very loud noise coming from the en suite which kept me awake all night. I have no idea exactly what it was but it sounded like services to the building. Possibly water supply but it was periodically rather than on demand. Aside from that, the mattress was very comfortable and the shower held its temperature and had good, strong and steady flow. Photos attached

Stayed at the Paradise over a bank holiday weekend. I thought the level of service from the staff I met was first class, thank you. Bed was very comfirtable and overall the room was spacious. Ensuite shower worked perfectly. I think the kitchen needs a few extra utensils such as a bottle opener, but the cooking facilities overall were good and helped to save money. The people in the room above could be noisy but in general we had a good night's sleep and had an enjoyable stay.

Pleasant but the beds need replacing

Me and my family stayed for the weekend and were pleasantly surprised with the room on arrival. Unfortunately when we awoke the first morning the slats on the beds were all broken and on the floor. We had to put them back, yet again the next morning they were on the floor again.
