I am solo traveling Japan and the room, staff, and location were amazing in my books. Room was very much adequate to my needs as I found myself exploring the city and outside of it. Staff were always welcoming and very communicative with me, and the area hosted a lot of good eat spots to try the local cuisine.

So this place used to be the Plaza Hotel, and when I stayed here before their renovations, it was a terrible experience. But now as The Knot, it’s great. I love that they don’t have a useless bathtub + gross shower curtain combo, instead there’s a spacious shower with a proper glass wall. The location is great, the downstairs lobby is very useful, and they have a large toilet on the first floor that you can use post check out. It’s a great place now!

리뉴얼한지 얼마 되지 않아 객실 컨디션, 화장실 청결도 매우 좋았습니다. 직원분들이 매우 친절하고 레스토랑 직원의 서비스도 좋았습니다. 레스토랑 메뉴는 서양식이지만 대부분 후쿠오카나 홋카이도등 일본의 좋은 재료들로 만들어져서 좋았고 주류 메뉴도 좋았습니다. 다음 후쿠오카 여행시에도 재방문할 생각입니다.

다이묘거리 인근 위치한 호텔로 텐진역 10분거리, 바로 앞에 로손 편의점, 도보 3분거리 맥스밸류 마트(12시까지 영업)가 있어서 좋습니다. 직원들은 대체로 친절하고 서툴지만 한국어 가능한 직원들도 있었으며 월컴 드링크 쿠폰으로 1층 바에서 맥주한잔할수 있음 전반적으로 객실은 리모델링 되어 있어서 청결하였으며 가격대비 좋은 선택이 될수 있습니다. 단점을 꼭 찾아야한다면 객실 사이즈가 작다는 것인데 일본 숙소가 대체적으로 작다는걸 고려한다면 충분히 지내는데 부족함은 없습니다

朝食について 朝食のプレートとサラダ、ドリンクバーのほかにスープとパンご出てきたが 、セットになっていることは出てくるまで知らなかった。 朝食のプレートを選ぶ時に案内があってしかるべきでは。 メインのプレートが出てくる前にサラダのおかわりに行って戻ってきてしばらくしてからスープが出てきた。 時間がかかりすぎ。 メインのプレートがででから、もう一度、サラダバーに行って甘くないパンがないかを確認したがワッフルとパンケーキしかなく、メインの塩気の強いおかずのプレートを甘めのパンケーキで食べるのに抵抗があったが仕方なく食べていたら、イタリア風のパンが出てきた。パン自体はホッカホカでとても美味しかったが、出てくるなら出てくると先に案内をするのが、サービスとして当たり前ではと感じました。 ホテルの設備、スタッフの感じ、全体の雰囲気はおしなべて良いがお客様に対する配慮、気遣いが欠けているのではと感じました。 もったいないです。 あと、客室の洗面台のガラス板の台にドライヤーが置けない。 ユニットバスにドライヤーの置き場所がない状態。これは、初めての体験。 これは根本的な宿泊客への配慮が足りないと思います。 総評としては、見た目は良いが中身はまだまだ。これからしっかりスタッフで考えて中身を付けて行ってほしいと思いました。
