Really convenient location to a couple of metro lines and a 5 or so minute walk to the fish market. Efficient check-in and a good hotel for eco-conscious travellers. Rooms are small, as is standard for Tokyo. I'd recommend the twin bed for couples wanting space.

Everything is pretty good outside of the laundry situation. Dryer doesn't dry as much, and requires a key for entry which causes it to be a bit tedious. TV did not have many options either, so try to bring a firestick/download a movie.
