Site will not allow me to leave zero stars...
ROACHES.
I'm going to share all issues in descending order of importance in case the actually gets fumigated because ROACHES.
I dismissed the first two as my imagination because they were a considerable distance away and I'd noticed a stink bug upon entering the lobby. Stink bugs are fine, COCKROACHES are not. I saw the third close up on an entirely different floor. All I were out in open, brightly lit areas- red flag as far as I'm concerned.
I packed and sealed my belongings and called hotels.com for a solution as soon as business hours began. I left 8 hours into my 4 night booking and had to pay to stay elsewhere. Elsewhere was close, clean, and equally affordable for which I am very grateful as this property never responded to hotels.com's initial contact or follow up.
Problem 2. The bathroom floor (basically a postage stamp) was covered in hair. I cannot figure out how any sweeping/vacuuming/mopping could have possibly been done and still left that much hair.
Problem 3. I suppose it's *technically* not a continental breakfast due to the waffle maker. However, the remaining options were a variety of breads, a few different types of yogurt and cereal, coffee, and apple juice. Oh, and school lunch apples.
The front desk was nice, however, there are ROACHES.
