This hotel seems like an independently owned Wyndham and is not very well taken care of or maintained. I only stayed the night I got there n left by 9am the next morning.

The best thing to say about this hotel is that they didn’t have carpeting, thank goodness. We had no towels in the room, the comforters were stained, pretty sure one had blood stains on it. We woke up to a cockroach alive and on his back beside one of the beds. The room smelled of smoke as did the pillows and bedding and after we checked in we wanted to get towels but the front desk person was MIA. All in all not the best place I have ever stayed.

Una ubicación excelente y tal vez es por eso su liempieza y cuidado de la habitación y las instalaciones es muy precaria, tiene estacionamiento muy amplio , pero la limpieza es terrible, contrate 4 noches y solo me quede una por la pesima limpieza, si eso no importa para ustedes es una ubicación envidiable haces todo en el Downtown, puedes dejar tu auto y andar a pie , todo está cerca. Las sabanas no las cambian , tenian fluidos el piso sucio no hay bote de basura en la habitación, osea la limpieza es nula.

My friend and I were in town for the weekend for a concert and the staff seemed like they couldn’t be bothered to answer our questions, the room was barely clean, the soap bottle in the bathroom was broken so we had to use the body gel to wash our hands. When I asked for extra towels I felt brushed off.

So many problems: Dirty floor Broken tv Loose door lock Ripped curtain VERY loud AC unit No soap in the bathroom dispenser TP roll almost gone Hole in sheet Sheet was dirty, maybe stained but looked like it hadn't been cleaned Couldn't close the bedroom door because it hit the bed "Breakfast" was 2 bags despite 5 people Guy at the desk was hard to reach during hours

The bathroom, floors, and walls were pretty stained and dirty - it definitely looked different than the pictures. The motel is also located right next to a bar that plays loud music all day, which was fine with us but might be something to note. Additionally, the AC works but the room doesnt get as cold as we wouldve liked for it to. The hotel was manage well tho and the workers were nice, we just did not expect how messy the rooms would be.
