I originally scheduled my reservations thru Online. I needed to cancel my second nights stay. I contacted the online customer service and they advised me to contact the property direct, since I would be paying direct to the property. So I called and canceled the second night. Then a couple days later I was able to stay both Friday and Saturday, so I called the property and requested my reservations be updated to 2 nights, but I would only need one bed, not two. They agreed. But when I got there I was placed in a room with 2 queen beds. I attempted to explain I had scheduled for a room with 1 queen bed, they pretended not to understand, as English is not their first language.
