Had to move rooms. Door was broken and couldn’t get in and out without using muscle .A lot of stuff such as cups and silverware are missing from the rooms
Needed a plunger in middle of
Night, thankfully there was one in the hallway rest room but no staff is available after 5pm weekends and 8 on weekdays. Called left message was called next day
Asked cleaning staff for new sheets bc I spilled my drink on mine from falling asleep with it in my hang ,the ladies who clean huffed and puffed as they said “ they were already on my level “little did they kno I had a tip for them going out of their way and check out was bout 45 mins prior so I know cleaning wasn’t done that fast so I got them to give me sheets and I did it myself
Overall I would stay here again issues were fixed promptly and Michelle credited us a night back bc my husband fixed a cabinet door. This place was hidden off the man roads and quiet. If you like to be left alone and bring necessary things like soap, paper towels and i recommend paper plates ,cups & bowls.
