An excellent location for exploring Victoria. The suite was spacious and had everything we required for our family of four for a two night stay. We ate at the bar one night and the food was delicious. The service was also very good, particularly as we had to be out of the bar before a certain time as our sons are under 19 years old.

We had a great stay at Swans. The staff were courteous and very helpful. Our room was quite large and we had a Juliette balcony. The room was also very clean. We did have a noise issue and after talking to the front desk person and corresponding with management a resolution was found. We did like the location because it’s in an area with many restaurants and walking distance to other attractions. We also enjoyed the Swans restaurant.

The maids were excellent, and we were lucky enough to get an early check-in. Although when we initially called the hotel to inquire about an early check in, the woman who called us back was not very friendly. The place was quite spacious and we enjoyed having a kitchenette and balcony. The only drawback was at times the room smelled a bit funny. The location was central to everything we wanted to see in Victoria.

Very nice hotel located in a great spot. Able to walk to everything we wanted to see. Staff very helpful. A little bit of a strange in halls and room, however we were able to open the windows. Lovely room above the pub with a Juliet balcony. Just what we needed. The pub is open till midnight so not for early sleepers but great location walking distance from everything you could need or want in downtown Victoria. We stayed at Swans for four nights. The suite was the perfect size and layout for our family of two adults and two children aged 8 and 10. Staff cleaned up our room each day and worked around quite a clutter of bikes and other clothes and gear (we were visiting in part to do a Triathlon nearby). The location was perfect, just a short walk from all the restaurants and activities we were excited to visit. Thanks Swans!
