An excellent location for exploring Victoria. The suite was spacious and had everything we required for our family of four for a two night stay. We ate at the bar one night and the food was delicious. The service was also very good, particularly as we had to be out of the bar before a certain time as our sons are under 19 years old.

A great choice to stay in Victoria. A walkable location adjacent to China Town. Lots of restaurants and pubs. The restaurant at Swans was great, I had the burger and it excellent. If we are back in Victoria we will stay here again.

Loved how spacious it was (we stayed in a one bed loft unit). The location was fantastic and easily walkable to what we wanted to do. I thought it might be noisy at night but with the windows closed it wasn't noisy at all. We would definitely stay here again

Great location. Very helpful staff (wish there was an opportunity to have early check in) but overall our stay was 10/10 - the bar downstairs was super fun, great for people watching and they have a great happy hour. Definitely would recommend staying here

We had a great stay at Swans. The staff were courteous and very helpful. Our room was quite large and we had a Juliette balcony. The room was also very clean. We did have a noise issue and after talking to the front desk person and corresponding with management a resolution was found. We did like the location because it’s in an area with many restaurants and walking distance to other attractions. We also enjoyed the Swans restaurant.

Great location, quiet and easy to access. A nice change from sterile corporate hotels. Lots of space in the room and a full kitchen that even had ice cubes in the freezer! We’ll be back.
