Never staying here again. This place feels like a homeless shelter, except you’re being rationed & not getting what you paid for.
My family and I had a layover in Guam, so we booked this place out as one of the two cheap choices closest to airport and stayed for 8 hours overnight to sleep ( for 2 adults , 1 child in a room with full bed & sofa pull out).
1) This hotel doesn’t treat its guests fairly. We were overcharged & they under-delivered
Requested for towels, a pillow, linens & a blanket since pull out couch didn’t have any sheets, room only had 2 pillows on bed and 2 towels in the bathroom. Hotel staff denied my need of 2 towels - as I needed 1 more for my hair and 1 our child. Staff stated they can only provide towels, pillow & linens for the amount of guests checked-in. If I had known we’d be denied of those, we would’ve just not booked the sofa - hotels normally take care of guests for those needs. This hotel has inhumane policies.
2) Bathroom water IS NOT HOT
We were so tired we couldn’t call them just to get upset & disappointed again… and ended up showering cold.
3) Floor was sticky in the room. We had to wear socks because our feet sounded like we’re taking off tape from a surface.
4) Sofa pull out bed was DIRTY. There were debris in it. The hotel never provided any pillow, blanket or top sheet for it in the room.
It’s only good if you’re desperate, in need of a nearby spot and trying to be cheap.
