My stay at W Las Vegas was truly excellent. What stood out the most was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff across different departments. From check-in to housekeeping and service, everyone was consistently welcoming, thoughtful, and genuinely focused on making guests feel comfortable and cared for. It really felt like every detail was handled with attention and intention, and the team went out of their way to anticipate guest needs and create a smooth, enjoyable experience. The atmosphere throughout the hotel reflected this level of care, which made my stay even more pleasant. Overall, a wonderful experience thanks to an exceptional team. I would happily return and highly recommend it.

The structure of the hotel is at par .The staff is ok not excellent you could tell if it's a five star hotel for customer service. They cleaned the room but still a lot of hair on the floor.Coffee is $16 per day , water is $18 before it was complimentary . Las vegas is expensive now not affordable as before.Too bad.
