One of the worst hotels ever. Bugs on the floor, on the bed, and in the bathroom. Employee came in and took pictures and then said he couldn't check the room because there was no housekeeping. Stains on everything. Headboard had dust and bugs. Still

The bathroom had hair all through the tub and in the “clean” linens. We arrived super late (2am) after a delayed flight with 2 kids, so I asked the front desk when checking in to please leave a note for no house keeping as we’d be waiting until close to 11am check out time. I need to get my money back when I pulled up to check in there was nobody to check me in the doors was locked and there was a note on the door that said that they would be back and it gave a phone number. I called it and called it and called it. Nobody answered it and I had surgery in Crestview at 3 o’clock so I had to go get another room and check in too And they told me I need to get my money back from you
