When I checked in, the front desk was very cold, which was ok, not everyone was in good mood every day. When I checked out, I was annoyed a bit with the same guy, the same cold face with minimal communication again. I was got really annoyed until I ended up paying my overnight parking even though he validated my parking ticket. It turned out that that was a "process" to follow to avoid the payment, and he didn't say a single word about it when he was validating my ticket!
