Not the best but ok
To start with the room I chose said presidential suite but I was given a room almost directly next to the lobby, we could hear the TVs being played in other rooms, the shower seems like it’s only been cleaned by others showering. When I went to take a shower I noticed all towels and wash rags were missing and when asking for some they advised us one person had the keys to the laundry room but they weren’t actually at the hotel delaying our showers by about 2 hours. I’d say if you just need a place to rest for the night you’ll be ok but if you wanted to stay for a bit another location might be better.

Check in was fine. Room older but ok. Breakfast was until 9:30, being a Saturday, but was empty by 8:15 except for cereal or oatmeal but no milk. Coffee maker was broken, and only tea was decaf, in a jar that said morning tea to get you going...really?

If you want peace don’t go
Was in a room by the laundry room and supply closet. I had my dog and I absolutely got no sleep at all between them in and out that closet and laundry room all night, and my dog barking and the people above me keeping up so much noise at 2 o’clock in the morning I did not get a wink of sleep at all

The front desk staff were nice. The room was clean, the bed was ok. The hallways had trash and food remants where someone dropped food. The bad part was for a 100% smoke free establishment the whole interior including our room smelled like marijuana. If it had been an option I would have left without staying. My wife and I don't smoke marijuanna and it was overpowering. Will not be staying there again.

Dirty and needs updated
The hotel "heated" pool was luke warm. They were out of towels. The breakfast was not good and required to be eaten in the food area. There were roaches on the walls in the hallway. The hotel staff were nice and helpful. Would not stay here again though.

The worst experience I have ever had .The lobby smells like a POT factory .We booked 2 rooms with 2 double beds and they were out so my kids had to share a bed .The room they assigned the kids to wasn’t even clean so we had to get another room and the bathrooms were filthy with mold and mildew I had to scrub them down with bleach to take a shower.Their housekeeping sucks .I spent over 300$ and had to do the job for them .Never again!

Despite a nice crew, not going back there again!
The 1st room we were given had a dead lizard between the screen and window. The toilet didn't flush and everything was still dirty. The shower, floors, and the few towels in the room were hung up but not nicely folded. We hadn't been in the room more than 5 minutes when I went to tell the front desk the toilet wasn't flushing. She asked me if I needed a plumber? No, I would like a working toilet. We didn't break it, it was like that when we got there. After switching our rooms, we then had black mold on the bathroom wall and outside the bathroom. Carpets throughout the whole hotel were in need of a vacuum and cleaning. They clearly have leak issues as there were ceiling tiles out with a wet floor sign, a puddle and towels on the floor. Lots of water marks throughout the building clearly showing there is an issue. I tried attaching pictures but they would not attach. I have them and would love to show them to warn people. Especially since they are letting people sleep in rooms with black mold in them. Their reviews and pictures were misleading, except for the nice crew members.

How do you give 0 stars?!? This place is horrible!!! Don’t ever bring your kids here. We just needed a place to stay for the night and ended up leaving so early cuz we felt so unsafe. Random people (you can tell they weren’t guests) just coming in and out of the lobby getting coffee and using the restroom like it’s a rest area. I wish I could get my money back.

Our key cards failed to work, forcing us to request replacements. We checked in at 3 in the morning, and at one point, a staff member unlocked our door while we were inside. They knocked and mistakenly asserted that we were supposed to check out the day before, despite the fact that we had not even been there. They attempted to pressure us into leaving, even though our official checkout was scheduled for the following day. We did not leave after trying to convince my husband for 5 minutes thr worker admitted that he made a mistake

The staff are excellent. I needed up staying here for over a month while in transition. They were very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was seamless. The issue I have is the cleanliness of the entire facility. The fitness center is outdated and very cramped. The rooms are not clean. I had to go buy cleaning products and do a deep cleaning in my room. The bathroom wasn’t ventilated at all. For several weeks my toilet would not flush so I had to fill the tank with water to get it to flush. There was an issue with the water once and we did not have water for several hours on multiple occasions. They really need to update the entire hotel. For the price it was okay however I still think upgrades can be made.
