早朝発便に乗るなら可もなく不可もなし

クリーブランド空港近くのシェラトンが予約できなかったため、空港シャトルサービスのあるようホテルを予約。チェックイン時に翌朝のシャトルに時刻を伝える。 部屋に向かうエレベーターが事務用であり、ホテルとしてはどうなの？と感じた。部屋は可もなく不可もないレベル。ただ150ドルくらいするならもう少し綺麗なところに泊まりたいと思う。

Convenient for early flights

The hotel itself was very nice. The rooms very well appointed with amenities including a wireless phone charger, plenty of outlets, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, all the things. But... the bed was horrible! It squeaked and we could feel the springs. Also you can hear everything from the floor above you. People are LOUD AF. There will be no sleeping here. If you are fine with that, its great! Lol! Very close to airport and they do offer a shuttle. But it stops running at midnight.

Noisy equipment.

Not so good, noisy .1.Room 208 is one room away from the elevators and the equipment room is below just below. The hotel is finishing up some renovations, the new equipment looked to be installed but may not running yet. 2. The fan or compressor motor on the a/c unit was pretty loud when it kicked on. To be fair,I didn't request a different room or complain, but I should have. The staff was friendly.

One night at the inn

Surprisingly located in a natural setting near the airport with 7th floor views of the city lights. This little gem is in the midst of some renovation right now. We still were able to sit down for a plate of tasty wings and a glass of wine in a ground floor room set up to accommodate weary travelers. The staff reflected a happy well oiled machine. Room was very clean and stocked with nice over night needs. The TV set had Welcome Elizabeth on the screen. So very personal and amusing letting me know I was an important guest! Complimentary buffet breakfast was attended to by a lovely lady. Would definitely return for the comfort and to see and utilize the new fresh look of the current renovations.

Construction Chaos

This was a good hotel with some big issues. They are in the middle of a full remodel, and the whole hotel is torn up. Their people sit in the hallway because the lobby area is closed. The pool area is closed. They are running the bar and restaurant out of a meeting room. One of the elevators stopped working one of the days. It was a real mess. Our room on the top floor was nice looking with brand new decor. However, there were intrinsic functionality issues. We could hear the people next door EASILY. One day they had a cell phone alarm going off clearly for 45 minutes; even from down the hallway standing at the elevator. A part of the desk fell off when the glue let go. The shower door wouldn't close all the way, the shower head pipe was loose and would twist inside the wall if you tried to re-aim the sprayer. And there was no vent fan, so the steam got bad very quickly.

Great stay!

My stay was great! The hotel staff were great and very accomodating. The shuttle driver Richard was super nice and a pleasure to talk with. The hotel was under construction during our stay but they still were so inviting. The hotel provided complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience of the construction. Overall good stay.

It is in rough shape inside. The tiles in the bathroom were coming loose and would shift when you walked on them. The shower was not cleaned, lots of hair in it. The heater in the room smelt like it was burning dust when we turned the heat to 72 degrees.

Less than advertised

The hotel was under construction and majority of amenities were not available, including the restaurant and gym and pool. It would have been helpful to know this before booking. Price to stay was not altered in any way despite absent amenities and conditions. There was plaster dust everywhere despite efforts to contain with plastic covering work sites. Signage was non existent and there were no maps or information sheets in the room to share alternatives for places to dine. Only one elevator was operational. Ice maker was broken. On the bright side, the room was well appointed and recently renovated. The bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was satisfying and woman at the makeshift lobby where we checked out was lovely. The crew working were up early sanding walkways in the parking lot to keep up with the snow.

How bout some compensation for shoddy service.

Lobby and restaurant not available under construction. So no dinner when we arrived. Breakfast not ready at 7 am as advertised and told to us by employees . Still had to pay full price for half price service. Will not stay here again and I’m getting tired of Hotel .com not having our backs when we the customers have issues. You both can be replaced.
