Location of the hotel couldn’t have been better. Close enough to Broadway/Times Square to get to everything easily and quickly, far enough to not be in the craziness. Also very close to Grand Central. All staff were also super nice.
The room itself wasn’t super clean (particularly the bathroom), however, and there weren’t enough towels for both my wife and me.

The front desk was friendly at Check-In, especially Daniel. They made sure we were aware of the continental breakfast and complimentary drink. Though we didn’t eat the breakfast during our stay, it appeared to be breads and jams.
The room was cozy for New York. The heated tile floor was the best!

Breakfast menu was good. The staff in all areas of the hotel were friendly and efficient. A couple of suggestions for me would be an upgrade to the mattress in our room (felt worn/lumpy in spots) and the music in the bar area in the evening was not in keeping with the classy retro atmosphere.
