The hotel isn’t anything special but the location was fantastic. Short subway rides to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. We did have a situation with the elevator
. 2 people from our party were stuck in the elevator for about 45 minutes. The staff was all over it and did everything they could to get them out asap. The staff credited us back a nights stay for the 2 rooms we booked. But hotels.com hasn’t credited back to my account and it seems just about impossible to ask about it on their customer service page. Using AI to avoid issues is a pretty standard practice these days. The hotel was great but I won’t be using hotels.com or any Expedia family companies going forward

Nice comfy clean no frills hotel
I was very worried about staying at this property because of the reviews.
The rooms were spacious for Manhattan. Beds are super comfy and the room was cleaned superbly every day:
While the hotel is a bit soulless and tired. It's as good as any hotel costing $100 more per night.
I stayed for 8 nights and all members of staff are down to earth and happy to answer any questions in polite and professional way.
To be honest this property exceeded my expectations and I'm delighted.
