The stay was sub par. We were checked into a room that was not clean. Shower had pubic hair in it from previous guest. The pool was ice cold like a glass of water. There was dirt inthe pool and hot tube. The guest services did not want provide towels for pool. No coffee pot in room. Hotel looks nothing like the online pictures.

Absolutely horrible, i give it half a star.

The room was horrible with stains on the beding and walls. There was wires hanging out of the ceiling where a smoke alarm would be. And the outlits under the side table were hanging. I have pictures of all the broken furnishings and coad violations. The service was awful when we went to complain about the beding. There was a pool, hot tub, and sauna, all had problems. The sauna didn't work, the hot tub was not warm at all, and the pool was ice cold. This was going to be a birthday celebration for my daughter to swim and have fun. It turned out as a horrible experience for all of us that left a bad taste in our mouth. I didn't want to ruin the celebration any more than it already was but i cried at the starte of things. I will never go back. When i complained about it at check out they were of no help. The keys stopped working so we all couldn't leave for breakfast at the same time and they stopped serving breakfast before anounced time of being done too. So we had no breakfast. I really want my money back for how bad things were.

I rarely rate hotel stays, but I feel it’s my civic duty to warn the public. The Sleep Inn looked nice enough from the outside, but the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted with a “pool and hot tub are not working” sign. One reason for choosing this location was the hot tub and breakfast was included. When checking us in, the staff informed us that the elevator was also not working. Not a huge deal. My feet work just fine. However, when we opened the door, it smelled as if there was a cigarette smoking party of 100 who had just left. I mean overwhelmingly bad! My eyes and nose were burning. Is it even legal to smoke in a hotel anymore?? There were holes in the walls where someone had moved outlets, but never repaired the old hole. There were stains on the ceiling, walls and chair. The pillow cases were stained, but at least smelled clean. The shower was full of mold at the base of the shower door. It was honestly terrifying. There was zero chance we were even considering breakfast in the morning. We sped out of there faster than Ellen Degeneres fled the US when Trump got elected! Spend a couple extra bucks and upgrade to a nicer place.

The room was terrible. The building was dirty and not kept up. The room had a bad odor as you walk in. The carpet had stains and looked like it was not vacuumed. The shower floor was gray/brown. The pillows looked so old with stains and no covers at all on them. The sheets didn’t looked like they had been washed. Would have preferred to sleep in my car than to stay here. When down to enjoy the pool and it looked like it had not been cleaned in a while, did not get in because it was gross. If I could give it negative stars I would.

Very disappointed. The hotel was in poor condition. The first room we were assigned had no smoke detector, just exposed wires hanging from the ceiling. The hair dryer in the second room was hanging off the wall and the shower floor was stained. Breakfast selection was very limited. The inspection of the elevator had expired. My room was definitely overpriced at $250 per night. I will never stay at a Sleep Inn again.
