Would not recommend this hotel. Half the outlets didn’t work. Not even small samples of shampoo or conditioner. No iron, iron board, coffeemaker or safe to put valuables in. Requested walk-in shower, they don’t have any & with that ,they put us on the 2nd floor, which meant climb the outside stairs(no elevator) & I had my 94 yr old mother with me. We had this booked for 2 nites , but left after the 1st nite, to find something more decent.

Great location close to major roads and highways. Front desk agent was friendly. Answered questions for me. Despite being so close to loud busy road, I didn't have issues sleeping. Light sleepers might but the a/c unit drowned out the cars. Bathroom was clean. I did need to ask for more wash cloths and toilet paper but they accommodated within 10 minutes. Microwave worked fine. Fridge was cold. Bed was fine enough but the pillows were paper thin. Bring your own if possible or double up on them. Blanket was cheap/thin microfiber and sheets were a little scratchy but staying for only a couple nights one could deal with it. A downside is the curtain on the window is just short enough to let in lights from outside walkway but any longer it'd block the a/c. Overall I'd stay again. Close to everything but still quiet enough to sleep through the night.

Very dated, the towels were dirty, had to wear shoes the whole time because the floor was that gross, even the package for the soap the put out was dirty. You would sleep better in your car.

I don't like the fact that they charge $50 to your credit card as a deposit. Even after checking out 6 hours earlier the charge hasn't been reversed. I called and the person at the front desk said it could take up to three days. I find this to be unacceptable.

My room was a dump. I am sure all the rooms were poorly maintained. Curtain was unhinged. The Bathroom was poorly cleaned. The drywall around the shower was cracked. I am not a hard guy to please, but this Motel 6 was bad. Motel 6 should check out this management.

Motel 6 false advertisement of amenities

The website offered a pool and free breakfast included. When we arrived it had neither. The carpets were filthy, the bathtub had no means to plug the tub and was dirty. The internet offered did not work. This hotel chain had apparently recently been purchased and is undergoing reno. I think it's bad business to continue using the facilities in a state of despair while undergoing reno. It should be closed during reno. And it is false advertisement to offer amenities that are not truly available. I will not stay at a Motel 6 again. Very disappointed..

I reserved 2 nights on hotels com . I was called and asked if I was coming 1 hour later I was on the highway a semi jackknifed right in front of me. I got there and I was told that the reservation was pending and waited over an hour as they kept checking things . All the money was wiped out of my account. I ended up sleeping in a parking lot with no gas for 2 days freezing. I still have not seen a refund I'm beyond disappointed they did not vare. Hotel com won't even contact me. I don't think I'll ever get my money back and they did not leave the light on for me. It's freezing out and snowing my wife and I worked 12
