It created a relaxed, easygoing atmosphere that made it simple to unwind at any time. The room itself was clean, cozy, and very private, perfect after long days or late nights exploring the city. The overall vibe feels more like a quiet retreat than a traditional busy hotel, which I really appreciated in a place like Shinjuku. Hotel is nice but very small. Staff were very nice and they help you transfer the luggage to your next destination hotel. They really spent lot of time to address the issue we had with our transfer. Breakfast is not good, We are vegetarians and they didn't even have single vegetarian options like fruits, bread, yogurt or eggs nothing, we bought fruits from outside and ate. Hotels.com messed up and gave us smoking room even though I booked non smoking room. Hotel staff helped us with fresheners etc but i could smell little bit but what can we do ! rooms are clean and overall good stay.

Great location. 5 minute walk to central Shinjuku. 2 minute walk to closest 7/11. Coin-laundry right outside the hotel. Amenities were excellent - all the skin care products you could hope for - and they let you take some home with you. Free wide range of self-serve drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and cakes was a great surprise - help yourself whenever you want. Breakfast was decent. Simple, but sufficient. Making your own sushi balls was cool. Room was on the smaller side, but that's expected around Japan. Was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of modern luxuries. Fridge, microwave, kettle, TV with included Chromecast to cast movies from your phone, TV in the toilet, plenty of soaps and lotions.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Petit Bali in Shinjuku! In a great, safe area, within walking distance to transportation. The amenities to take to your room for free were unmatched! Rooms little on the smaller side, which seems to be par for the course in Tokyo. Had trouble getting the AC going, but overall we very much enjoyed our time and would stay again!
